    This business charged me over $200 more per month for rent than other residents for 4 of the months I lived there. They also charge a daily fee for an extra pet and a parking fee for more than one vehicle but not to all residents, only to certain ones. Some rules apply to some residents and some don't to others. They also knocked on my door to demand I make changes to the area surrounding my rv and did not send a proper notice through the mail as required per ****** landlord ******* law. In fact they ignore landlord ******* law completely, making threatening and harrassing phone calls and invading the space I rent consistantly. And when I moved out they phoned my adult daughter who Iives there and harassed her about money they say I owe them but the rates they want to charge are incorrect. And they did not even attempt to contact me.
