03/25/2025 I entered an agreement with Thomason Ford to trade in my 2012 **** F-150 and purchase a used 2014 **** F-150 from them. They misrepresented the value and condition of the truck they sold me "it is in great working condition, the only problem seems to be it does not have 4 wheel drive" - ******** ******, Sales Associate. They had the truck listed at $12,999 which is at the high end of KBB value for this truck, meaning excellent condition, nothing major mechanical wrong with it. The sales manager re-iterated this point when I was negotiating down the price. "My sales manager says this truck is easily worth $13,000." - ******** ******, Sales Associate.I noticed the first issue when driving it home. the ******* Pressure indicator came on when I got off the interstate at ******************, HWY 126. I scheduled at oil change at my mechanic for April 1, 2025, my earliest available. On April 1, the mechanic gave a visual inspection of the vehicle and noticed some major issues. a severe oil leak at the sensor, multiple coolant leaks at the turbochargers, a badly leaking rear differential, and another leak from further up he couldn't tell where it was coming from. The engine would need to be pulled to do the repairs, and this will be very expensive.I immediately called Thomason Ford and spoke with ***** ****** about the issues, and he assured me they want to make things right, and sent me an email, so I could forward the quote to him. I did as well the pictures the mechanic took and the invoice for the immediate oil leak repair. Then the brakes on this truck failed on the night of 04/03/2025 and I again immediately contacted ***** ******.I requested they take their truck back, and they give my truck back to me, (undo the deal) as well as cover my time and expenses from dealing with this issue $500 at the time, now $1,500 at the time of writing this. The dealership is also in violation of some *** and Oregon laws rules and regulations

I purchased a new car in February, 2023 which included the lifetime maintenance program that was good at any **** dealership. I have had the car serviced three time at a dealership closer to my home and have had to pay each time. After the last time, 11/5/2024, we decided to cancel the maintenance in accordance with the contract. On 11/7/2024 we drove to Thomason Ford and completed the paperwork and was told it would take about 90 days to complete. In January I called to check the status and was told the warranty company did not receive the paperwork and it had to be resubmitted. On 1/20/2025 I called Thomason Ford and was told they had the paperwork and we world receive payment within three weeks. I called on 2/20/2025, 2/25/2025,2/26/2025, 2/27/2025, and 2/28/2025 without a call back

In 2022 we bought an F150 from Thomason and purchased an extended warranty from the/with the dealership (financial department). We sold the vehicle this year and submitted the paperwork for a refund of the remaining warranty (about 50% of the value) which we are told we are entitled to. The paperwork was submitted in May 2024. Since that time we have been calling regularly trying to get an update on the status. We cannot get anyone to call us back. We have not seen any refund. We have called multiple times trying to get a human being on the phone only to get transferred to a voicemail repeatedly. Nobody there appears to care about customer service or doing the right thing once the vehicle is sold, especially if we are not close enough to show up at their doorstep and park out in their dealership until they respond to us!

Have had my truck in and out of their shop for 1year now with no resolution to my problem. There is little to no communication from their end. I have struggled getting back and forth to work due to this isuue and have already lost 1 job due to not being able to safely commute to and from work. I have had to expense my own rental car because they would not provide me a loaner in which I maxed out a credit card paying a rental for 2 months. Again this has been an ongoing issue since 12/17/22.
