    Once the job was completed we were told it was going to be $100 more than what I was told twice in the text from their representative, *****. So my husband wrote another check in the amount of $100 rather than argue with the technician. Also they charged $65 for dryer vent cleaning which was not completed because the technician told my husband the distance from the dryer to the outside vent was too short and was not worth cleaning, but I was still charged for the service. I did speak with the company as well as *****, and was under the impression I would be refunded the $165.00, but that was 6 weeks ago and I have yet to recieve a refund or any more communication from One Speed Services.

    The client was given a two option quote one for $1965 and the second for $2300 totaling $4265. The client approved both quotes on June 7 at 2:33 pm.  The work was completed July 11 at 4:10pm  

    A 30% deposit check was received on July 5 in the amount of $1280 leaving a balance of $2985.  Client paid check #*** in the amount of $2885. Our office staff had mistakenly communicated to the client that $2885 was the remaining balance as shown in one of her attachments. The correct remaining balance was in reality $2985 leaving $100 still due.  Client paid check #*** in the amount of $100 in all totaling the original quoted amount of $4265.

    In regards to the dryer vent, our technician told the client it did not need to be cleaned. This is a representation on how we hold reliability and excellence as our standards. The dryer vent line item was $65 as stated on estimate #****-1. A refund check has been sent to the client in the amount of $65.

    All the above factual information is documented with exact timelines and attached.

    I am rejecting this response because: while I understand it was a mistake, it was a mistake that happened twice. I trusted their representative to inform me of the correct amount remaining due. That was my mistake, but I'm very busy with kids and work ect and trust they are capable.  All I'm asking is that they honor their mistake. 

    I also have not recieved a check for the $65 for the dryer vent and I don't see a date or or uploaded proof that they have sent it either.

    This customer was mailed a check for the dryer vent cleaning that was not done.  What more does she want?  Is she really asking for $100?  This is really unbelievable.  Do the math and she paid the correct amount based on the estimate given.
