      Don't ever do business FOR this firm, unless you're okay with not being paid for your work. Several things went wrong in this transaction. They added extra tasks to our job at the time of service (post-bid), didn't communicate with themselves or us without confusing everyone, lied about availability of necessary and proper work conditions including electricity, denied the presence of black mold, and they had 3 different people dealing with us through the transaction from start to finish. One of them I found out isn't even employed at the firm. They told us how much they thought we were worth after the job was complete (half of the originally agreed on budget), and are now refusing to pay us at all. They tried to scare us into a corner to accept way less for our work with a legal looking scare letter, and refused to reply when I questioned them about discrepancies. They won't return emails or ******** messages like ***** first started sending me. ************************** and their neighbor that "helped" us at the bid are not honest people. They have no integrity. It's no surprise to me that, as I found out today, ******* has been dinged for professional misconduct. I should have done my research before agreeing to work with this group, and listened to every red flag from the start, from the beginning miscommunication and lies, to ***** being upset about me taking before and after photos and **************************** providers be intensely observant and log absolutely everything if you work with these people.
