    Glad to hear it's not just me. This woman may be a decent CPA, but she's a terrible businesswoman. She doesn't communicate. Not by phone, not by email, not via her website. I gave her my tax info in February. She was supposed to get back to me in March. I never heard from her. I ended up going to H&R Block at the last minute, after weeks of trying to get in touch with *****. I finally wrote/called her, told her she was fired, and told her to send me the tax returns she did for me the previous year. (That was a mess, too, but I chalked it up to her trying to get her business off the ground. I was willing to giver her a second change. Big mistake.) Months later, I have yet to hear from her. And I just looked at her website, and my computer warns me it's an insecure site. This woman should not be in business for herself. She can't manage it and she can not/will not hire help. God help anyone who goes to her for tax work.

    I strongly do not recommend this company or *******************. It felt like a scam. She will get your Retainer fee and then will not communicate nor will she response to you until you are frustrated enough to take your business else where. Then she will promptly answer your email to let you know she will keep the "non-refundable" fee.

    First year was great she was nice and delivery was great. Then the second year she dropped the ball and filled my taxes hours before the deadline and never sent me my copy of my taxes. Do not recommend. I messaged her in May 2024 then in July 2024. Another tax service told me to report her to the *** for fraud due to not delivering the service. I recommend that route.

    ***** will not return calls or emails. i gave her my tax information in February of 2024 and she filed an extension. it is now August and i have repeatedly to contact her via phone or email with no replies. Needless to say, but this has me quite concerned.
