    I purchased the service of the Numerologist and was very disappointed in the quality of what she had to offer. It was of the same quality one could get online free of charge. I have requested a refund for about a month now. The only response was a run a round. "THE TICKET HAS BEEN UPDATED." ****** ********** can cancel the monthly charges but, Numerologist stated in their agreement with ************ that it has the sole right to issue refunds. Now, they claim, I never purchased the products. I sent the charges on my bank account. Then they state ********** should issue the refund because they processed the payments.If you need any astrology/numerology services, please give them a very wide birth. I suggest you ****** it instead. ****** it is mandatory to leave a star rating. Therefore, I am obliged to leave a 1 star as there is no negative star rating

    Hi *****, ***** here from Numerologist.com. We need to work together so your purchase can be refunded for you. To do this I need to know which email address you used to purchase as there is no purchase connected to your @gmail email. We have requested this from you and you have not yet provided your additional email address. Here is the response from our technical team. I see the customer has just been replying to every ********************** email with a refund demand but never gives any more info about the transaction ??? In addition to the requested info in the last email, I would ask the customer if she can provide:the name of the product purchased (e.g. Personality Decoder Report)the amount paid the date of purchase (or a date range if exact date unknown) I've confirmed there is definitely no purchase under that email address in ClickBank.     I have found the customers purchase it was with Astrology.tv not Numerologist.com. Please have the customers review removed .
