    took my vehicle into this shop for warranty work on January 5, 2023. My 2009 Jeep Wrangker was making a spruttering sound on cold start up. I spoke to ******* at the shop told him it was warranty work and that I had no money to pay for repairs. He said he would contact warranty insurance company Endrrance and get it approved. Four or five days passed I heard nothing. Called back ******* told me he was waiting to hear back from warranty company. Another 5 days passed still no calls from shop. I called again on January 19, 2023 ******* he said that the claim approved and that he would get parts ordered and repair vehicle. I asked him if I could have the approval and he gave me **** said he would call when vehicle was finished. Five more days passed I received no calls and when I called No one answered. On January 24, 2023 I called spoke to ******* and he said he was waiting to hear ba j from the insurance company because they had only paid $300.00 out of the $3000.00 bill. I asked him why was it $3000.00 and what was repaired for that amount and he would not answer me. I was never informed about a $3000.00 repair and I never authorized any repairs. I asked him why would he repair the vehicle if it had not been approved when I told you up front that I did not have any money for repairs it was all warranty work? He said he had a call into a supervisor at the insurance company and that he was waiting g to hear back. I called and told my dad and my dad called and spoke to ******* and told him that I needed my car and why would he just fix the vehicle and that I had nothing to do with the issue with him and the insurance company and that I needed my car back for work. More days passed I kept called then he would not answer my calls he would only respond by text (see text messages) stating that he is still waiting to hear back from the insurance company and he would have his boss to call me and my dad. Then he would say hes out of the office or his boss was out of town not to return until Monday. On January 31, 2023 my dad contacted the insurance company and they told him that the claim was denied and that the claim was never approved. The lady went on to say that he needed to speak to another department within the insurance company because the shop stated that the engine was locked up and two adjusters were sent out and did not find anything wrong with my vehicle so the claim was denied .(see documentation). The shop will not release my vehicle they want me to pay ******* to get my vehicle said they put it into storage and I have never authorized anything , I do t have any paperwork they will not tell me what they repaired and now ******* said they will put a lien on my vehicle and my car has not been there over 30 days.
