  The owner is such a mean person I called her to make an appointment for my touchup and I let her know that I was not happy with the eyebrows, so when I went in for the touchup, she was very hostile towards me. She called me a *****, and she accuse me of scratching my own eyebrows. When shes the one that messed up my eyebrows, she refused to fix it and said that a student would be the one to fix it and called me a cheap ***, who does this?? Her business deserves to be closed, she did not wear gloves or have a sanitized area when I was getting my eyebrows done and she is having students that are not licensed doing the eyebrows. Bathrooms were dirty , was treated like c*** because I used a Groupon that they advertised plus they made me pay $50 more once I was there.

  Attached is the before and after of the ******************** for the complaint client.  She got her eyebrows done on June 8, came back in 4 weeks after her initial appointment asking for a refund accusing we scar her  left eyes below her eyebrows.  We have after pictures and video when she left our facility there was no scar tissue.  ********** also came to our facility on June 30, 2023 and we end up filing a restraining order on her.  We also have 2 witness.   We dont have a refund policy for the service and we don't want to see her back.

  I am rejecting this response because: she clearly saw the scar she gave me when she went out of line , first she claimed she couldnt see anything , then she accused me of doing it myself! Wont let me post the picture on here but you can see it on yelp and ******* and also see how many more bad reviews this lady has! I was the one who called the cops on her (owner *****) for her disgusting behavior. If she wants to call her costumers cheapass she should not be advertising on Groupon ! No one should go to this business and it deserves to be shut down for having unlicensed students do the procedures and no where on her advertised Groupon dose it say that they have students do this!
