    A customer of Wimberley WSC went online and made a payment towards their WWSC water bill on the payclix payment portal on May 29, 2025 @ 10:01PM. **** received a Credit Card Payment report for 6/1/25, showing the funded date of 6/1/25. The amount of $78.02 was not and has not been deposited into our checking account. We just want our final deposit of $78.02 deposited into our checking account. Communication with PayClix has been impossible since ****** is not working at payclix. I do not recommend anyone use PayClix for their credit cards processing needs.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and provide a full account of our efforts in response to **********************************'s concerns.
    On June 4, 2025, Wimberley Water contacted PayClix inquiring about a $78.02 credit card transaction, referencing a payment made by one of their customers on May 29, 2025. Our support team promptly acknowledged the request and initiated a review with our accounting department.
    Upon investigation, our internal recordsconfirmed by our payment processor, Nuveiindicate that this transaction was settled on May 30, 2025. Due to the timing and the preceding federal holiday (Memorial Day, May 26), the funds would have been deposited in ********************** account as part of a batch settlement likely received between June 2 and June 3.
    It is important to clarify that PayClix does not deposit individual payments to utility accounts. Rather, payments are deposited as part of a lump sum batch, which includes multiple customer transactions. As such, individual amounts like $78.02 do not appear as standalone deposits on bank statements. This is a standard practice in electronic payment processing. Therefore, a search of bank records for a deposit of exactly $78.02 will not yield any results, even though the funds were included in a larger grouped deposit.
    These batching and settlement processes have remained unchanged since ********************************** began using PayClix services in October 2017. We have consistently applied the same procedures for all our utility partners, and there have been no recent modifications that would affect how payments are deposited.
    We communicated this detail multiple times to Wimberley Water via email, provided batch confirmation screenshots from Nuvei, and encouraged them to verify deposits received between May 30 and June 3 with their bank. We also offered to speak directly with their bank to help reconcile the deposits. As of June 6, Wimberley Water provided further documentation and requested a phone call for additional clarification, which we are happy to accommodate.
    At no time has PayClix withheld funds from **********************************. All transactions were processed and funded in accordance with our standard schedule and processing protocol.
    We understand the frustration that can arise when there is difficulty reconciling deposits, and we remain committed to resolving this matter collaboratively. We welcome a direct phone call with Wimberley Water and/or their financial institution to assist with identifying the batch deposit containing this transaction.

    Just wondering because I never sign up for a recurring of **** to come out of my account since sep 12, 2023 until current. Pay clix keep withdrawal money out my account 0n the 12th or 13 of each month sonce sep 12th, and I need it to stop immediately.
