    This buisness fraudulently charges insurance and openly admits to it. They charged my insurance for ************ care when I was being seen from massage therapy. My insurance covers massage therapy and the clinic told me they would bill for that. But they never had any intention of billing for massage therapy, they always billed the insurance for ************ care. When this was brought up to them they said this is how they bill insurance. They submit incorrectly because they are not set up to bill for massage therapy.When we continue to ask them to resubmit the massage therapy appointments to the insurance correctly, they accused us of not wanting to pay our bills and then sent us to collection. When confronted, this is when they informed us, this is how they've always done it and they've always got away with it so they're not planning on changing any time soon. When I talk to **** in billing at D'Vida today he informed me that "this is not their first rodeo and they know how to get away with this so there is no point in arguing it. Just pay collection or loose your house. Either way, D'Vida will get their money". This is obviously a short version of what has happened as we've been going back-and-forth with them for over a year now. It's hard to include all the details with that much history. It is, however a good example of how much stress they've put us through to steal money from the Insurance Companies and their patients.
