    Buyer beware, this company is a fraud. Nothing on their site is truthful. Disputed the charge with my bank, the company illegally charged my card a second time. The product arrived more than a month later was not was promised or pictured. Absolutely CHINA GARBAGE. Their site needs to be shut down and Americans need to be protected

    Nothing they (vernire) say on the site is true, The items are shipping from *****, but web says from ******. It's Not made is *******. Cheaply made in *****, You don't have customer service, just text messages which already input into the computer. They have phone number to call, but be aware you are going to waste your time doing so, listening to music and No one will answer it, then recording would say leave your number, you know what comes after that. That is what you going to get, That is It. All they want is your money for the worthless stuff that they sell. This is 2nd time I got scam by, shops was another name.

    They sell junk that doesn't work. Getting to support is basically impossible - and English is a wish-list item, and they don't know the junk they sell. My crappy not working camera has no model number. By the time I got some correspondence it was past the 30 days - which is their drop dead return date (there are NO warranties of any kind). Here is a response to my not working junk: "However, we don't have specific information for that product. Please rest assured that we take your inquiry seriously, and we have escalated your request to our product information team. They are diligently working to gather the necessary details you are looking for."

    Lies lies and more lies, purchased two heated jackets, the website said the product is in ***************** and would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days and battery packs included, all of that is untrue. A third party wanted my full credit card number in order to track my jackets, i email vernier and they sent me a tracking number and the product was in ***** and took 3 weeks to get here with no battery packs as advertised, I sent them a screen shot of there website saying batteries included but still get no batteries, do not do business with this company!!!

    I placed my order with the company and I still have not received my product Today it May 6th I placed my order April 12th .I have left them several emails and still no response. I am so disappointed that I trusted this company by their reviews, and for me not to get my stuff as for what their shipping terms say I will never order from them again
