    ******************************* hired Electric Norm, **** fka Mr. *********************** to perform electrical work on her home on or about September, 21, 2016. On or about April 22, 2023 she discovered that Electric Norm had drilled a large hole (3" to 5") through a sewer line and run an electrical line through the sewer line. The hole was not enclosed, so for more than 7 years sewer splashed out of the hole into the wall, sewer fumes were not contained, and vermin had access to the home through the hole. ***** immediately contacted Electric Norm, and Electric Norm refused to pay any of the costs needed for repair, which was $17,047.00 - all well documented. Instead, he gave it to his insurer and walked away. His primary insurance company has refused to pay, and continues to refuse to provide the policy because Electric Norm will not consent. Now, his attorney asserts that ***** needs to sue *********************** Electric Norm refuses to pay for the negligent work and the hard damages which are documented. Electric Norm owes the funds and there is no defense. Electric Norm has copies of all the repair bills and the pictures which are attached.I, *************************, ************, represent ***** and am filing this on her behalf.
