    This organization is crooked. I was significantly overcharged for the work done, and ******, the manager/owner is a slick talking guy who always has a lame explanation for his charges. My sump pump failed, and a few inches of rain water accumulated in the crawl space. In order to replace the pump the plumber suggested that this organization deal with the water. I was charged for three PPI suits, but only saw one worker wearing one. They padded the number of hours that they worked at my house. The hourly rate for three workers was $162/hourX6 hours, but I still was charged $420 for removal of the rain water, which was simply removed with a shop vac device. They told me that a dehumidifier they put in the space would be removed in 1-2 days, but even though I called multiple times about it no one ever picked it up. And then they had the nerve to charge me for 8 days of rental ($105/day). They have absolutely terrible customer service, and I feel that some of their behavior borders on fraud.

    So far so good! I will update as we go along. We have them at our house right now. Courteous and thorough. The project manager came by to survey our mold and water damage. He went over all the different scenarios that could come up. With mold you just never know. Phone calls have always been returned. I'll give a 4 star as they are just getting started with our mold issue. Will update during and after! Hopefully we will update with a posting of a 5 star rating!
