    I repeatedly tried to place orders with this company and they cancelled the orders with phony reasons and will not respond with a truthful explanation. I jumped through all of their hoops to get verified by Stripes. Then they responded that it was insufficient even though they have my driver's license and photo. There system also tried to claim that they couldn't verify my payment information which is a complete lie. The transaction did make it through to my credit card and I verified with the credit card company that the transaction was not DECLINED. They seem to be discriminating for some reason but they refuse to respond to my requests for clarification.

    Dear BBB Complaints Department,Please find attached a detailed letter outlining the issues I have encountered with CardCookie, along with supporting documentation.On the following dates, I made purchases from CardCookie:1/13/23 for $135.00 7/25/23 for $47.00 8/10/23 (amount not specified)12/19/23 for $180.00 For each transaction, CardCookie confirmed the order for discount gift cards, charged my credit card account, and acknowledged that they were processing the order. However, they subsequently cancelled the orders, falsely claiming they could not verify my payment information.This assertion is demonstrably untrue, as my credit card account immediately notified me of the approved charges via text message. Despite reaching out to CardCookie via email to inquire about the issue, I have not received any response or assistance in resolving the matter. Furthermore, my letter dated 1/18/24 also went unanswered.Attached to this complaint are the order numbers and relevant correspondence for your reference.CardCookie's website: ********************************* a repeat customer who has previously recommended CardCookie to associates, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of communication and unjustified cancellations have tarnished my trust in the company and its services.I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining a fair resolution from CardCookie.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

    I purchased a $300 ****** e-gift card from cardcookie.com on 2/8/23 to spend it on my home improvement project. However, for some reason my project was delayed and I didn't use the gift card. But every while I check the gift card balance on lowes.com to make sure it is still good. About a month ago when I tried to use it online, I found out this gift card linked to an email address which does not belong to me and ****** sends a one-time-code to the email to confirm the ownership of the card. So I contacted CardCookie customer service and asked for help but they said they could not do anything about it.
