      Own a RX-1400i TBR/W and the eyecup fell off on a recent hunting trip. I was a little worried about them not supporting the repair because of the several one star ****** reviews related to them not supporting range finders but they treated me great. I submitted a warranty request through the online system in which they wanted me to send in the rangefinder for repair, but hunting season just started and the range finder still works without the eyecup so I wanted to hang on to it and have them just send me the eyecup. I called them up and they agreed to send eyecup no questions asked. Great products and a great company, I am glad they decided to give the same level of customer support for their rangefinders that they do for the scopes. I was debating between a VX-5HD and another companies scope and this experience helped me make up my mind in favor of the Leupold.

      Excellent quality SX5 Santiam spotting scope. It's just as clear as my ********* 80mm spotting scope for less than half the price. I feel really good about this Leupold spotting scope especially since at least it's assembled here in the USA.I've only had just one Leupold product fail after more than 20 years which is a VX3 scope. Too bad their rangefinders don't have a lifetime warranty otherwise I would have bought one from Leupold.

      DeltaPoint pro Reflex Sight 2.5. I sent this in due to the fact in will not hold zero. I was a weapons specialist for the military and mounted hundreds of sights and scopes. I bought this after being warned by the gun range not to. after sending it in I got a email, no big deal to call them and explain again what was wrong, I told them myself and also a sniper could not get it to hold zero. Then they said ok and a month later I had got it back saying it passed inspection. I am glad I did not abuse it but I would if liked for you to tried to shoot with it. It will not hold zero!!!
