  Some of Barsony's holsters are decent, though others have some quality issues. I've purchased several holsters from them, largely as they have an incredible selection. I bought one holster and it started to fail after a couple of days of wearing. I emailed them about it and they told me they hadn't heard of similar failures and left it at that.This was disappointing. I was emailed asking for a review, so I gave an honest review about the product. A few weeks later I checked and the review had not been posted.I went through numerous reviews on their website and realized that they censor critical reviews. Almost every single review is 5 stars. There's a couple of 4 star reviews. Nothing less.Are they just that good, or are they abusing their review system to make their products sound better than they are?I saw at least one review newer than mine that had been posted, so it's not that they were backlogged on reviews. They clearly read mine, never reached out out to me, and decided not to publish it.I always got my products on time and as-advertized. The quality issue in the one holster and lack of support for it was disappointing. But what's very disappointing is Barsony's dishonest review system on their website. This makes me lose all faith in them, which is very sad as I love supporting family owned businesses. Dishonesty (in this case, by omission) is completely unacceptable. I would've left them alone if they just published my review, but now that I realize they aren't posting reviews from actual customers on their own website, I feel like I ought to inform others about these practices.

  Returning your purchase for an exchange? Be sure to send via Certified Mail for delivery confirmation.My previous two emails regarding item #s and return dates received no response.I own two of this companys holsters, and WAS looking forward to acquiring three more.

  I have bought many Holsters from BARSONY, and I have had no trouble with the quality or price of their Holsters. I usually get the Cross Draw Holsters, for a range of guns.They come pretty quick and have met my expectations, they get a A+.

  I was looking for a good pocket holster, so I thought I found one from Barsony. I ordered one when it arrived. It was the correct holster, but in a different color, than what I had ordered. When I finally was able to reach customer service (after multiple days) only by emai don't even think about calling because they don't answer the phone.Since it was their mistake, I at least expected to have a return label, on a packet, sent to me by mail to return the holster. After a few more days had elapsed; I finally received an email with an attachment for a 'return label'.Since I don't have a printer, they told me there was nothing they could do.I have the original holster, to flat pieces of leather crudely stitch together.I'm surprised the company can even stay in business, with this kind of customer support.

  I received my holster for my Taurus **** 3x3 in 3 days. Black in color and fits perfectly. Velcro adjustment was easy and tight. This is a big revolver and have to get use to it's size. This is the second holster I have purchased and it won't be my last!! Thanks! **** from ****!!

  I should of the BBB reviews first. a -5 should been more of a appropriate rating. "I ordered a Right Handed Shoulder Holster, instead like other reviews they took 2 weeks to get me a Left Hand Shoulder Holster. They stated that if they would send me the wrong product they would pay for mailing back to send the right one back or refund my money. I contacted them and lied and said they sent me the right one and would not pay for the shipping and wanted it back sent back First Class. After reading other BBB reviews saying people have sent their products back and did not get the right product and did not get their money back, I decided to keep it and learn to shoot with the left hand." In conclusion they are not reputable and are thieves that think nobody will take them to small claims court and the Government won't shut them down for fraud. From now on I will read all BBB reviews first. What a shame this country is turning into with no law enforcement.

  Just got a shoulder holster and after trying other ones this fit perfectly after a few adjustments couldn't be happier with it

  I ordered a left handed holster from Amazon. Order delayed far beyond date promised and then when it arrived it was a right handed holster. I provided a screenshot right from my Amazon order page which clearly said LEFT. In their reply to me I was accused of ordering the wrong item and it was my fault!Very poor customer service and uncooperative, I asked them to send correct holster along with a return label for the incorrect item as I have no means of printing a shipping return label from my cellphone.

  Ordered three weeks ago. Sent an email asking about the status of my order (they say orders ship in one to two days). They responded that they are backed up, short staffed, etc. The next day I got an email that my order has shipped, except it hadn't. They printed a label to make it look like it had shipped but never took the order to the post office. I emailed them back asking them to cancel my order and refund my money to which they sent what appears to be an automated response saying my order will be shipped as soon as possible. I'm not getting my money back and who knew if or when I'll ever get my order. Avoid this company and find a legitimate company that is honest with their customers and not deceptive.
