  This business employs rude young adults who feel entitled to mouth off to members that spend hundreds of dollars a month on memberships.My children and I were harassed by a male lifeguard named ****** on August 12th while swimming. I have 3 children, ages 11, 5 and 4. My two youngest and I were in the hot tub when a young female employee named ***** approached me and informed me ******* with floaties are not allowed in the hot tub. I asked when that rule was implemented because we were members here all last summer into the winter. A male swim employee named ****** then walked up and rudely berated me, belittling me in front of several other members repeating that "she said this year". I am not a child and I do not appreciate having someone speak to me with such disrespect when I pay hundreds of dollars a month to come to this facility. This place obviously doesn't control their staff or value their members. Go to Lifetime, 24 hour or any other gym in this area unless you want to deal with disrespectful and demeaning staff!

  Illegal charges without my knowledge. My account was paid on time. I went inside club and asked to update my credit card and pay my current month but lady never did it. Then they started charging me over and over without my knowledge. Their website had been down for 2 months now. After many attempts by emails and calls which no one returns messages. Finally a lady by email contacted me to update my card. She said they fee that was only charged $25 will be credited so everything is clear. Once I checked my bank account shows $60 extra charge. After they got my card number no one can explain why the illegal charges. I asked to cancel, they emailed me that their policy is only cancel my mail? Are you out of your mind? They just try to use these unprofessional policies and **** your money, no courtesy, acts as they're new generation but their policies are very backwards. Unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to be a member there! Wish I read other's complaints and understood their policies before joining.

  Villa Sport continues to try and charge me for membership dues 5 months after I cancelled my membership and stopped going to the gym.Beware of their billing tactics and business practices. They are a typical gym when it comes to overbilling and being notoriously difficult to cancel a membership.
