    Excellent and ****************** This is our second time using Conrad, and they continue to impress. **** was prompt, professional, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even shared helpful maintenance tips. Highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs!

    Great experience - easy booking, reliable and prompt communication, and prices were within expectations for installing a new AC unit. I also signed up for their routine furnace and A/C maintenance to stay on top of things, with reasonable pricing. The routine check package includes a discount on replacement parts. I had another concern outside of the routine check that the technician acknowledged and spent some time investigating, which I very much appreciated. I recommend this company for your HVAC and related needs.

    **** came to my home for an AC check and did a wonderful job. He tested all the systems and cleaned the entire unit using all his own equipment. He was friendly and did a great job. I will be using Conrad Heating and Cooling for all my system's needs!
