5 starsI applied to move into an apartment. The apartment was not very honest with me and changed what they told me from day to day and acted as if I were dumb for being upset. They misrepresented to me who oneapp were in our agreement. Oneapp listened when I told them about this company. Oneapp said I am sorry you went through, I apologize for not listening sooner. Total Scam. How many applicants pay $1500 non refundable deposit you cannot get back. Unbelievable how businesses like this continue prey on the less fortunate. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

I have looked you up in our OneApp Guarantee data base and I cannot find your name or email. If indeed you have a Guarantee with us and have not moved into the property we cosigned or you have not moved in your OneApp Guarantee fee is fully refundable. I just need more information to look into your specific situation.
OneApp Guarantee is a co-signing service for applicants who need a co-signer. When you apply for a home and fall short of the screening criteria with the property they will refer you to OneApp Guarantee as part of their requirement for approval. Once referred to OneApp Guarantee you complete a short application, are approved, and pay us a Non Refundable Fee (not a Deposit). For this Fee we secure your lease for you and the property so that in the event that you default on the lease, fail to pay rent, get evicted, we cover the rental losses and damages for you and the property up to 3x the rental rate.

5 starsI highly suggest OneApp for your guarantor needs! Ive used them twice since moving to ******* and they make the rental process super easy. The 2nd time around has been super simple AND there are perks to being an Any questions are always answered with kindness and most of all, theyre understanding to the importance of getting into an apartment youre comfortable in. 5 starsThis company is absolutely legit! OAG was an absolute God send for our family. We had no idea how difficult it would be to rent with less-than-perfect credit. We sold our home and were 2 weeks away from closing and feared being homeless in another state, right before Christmas. With OAG, the process was simple. They worked diligently with us and with the property staff, and we had our lease signed within a couple days. We were so happy with their service, we used them a 2nd time. This time proved to be more difficult since our financial situation had changed. Throughout the lengthy process (on our end) we received stellar one-on-one service by phone and email. We never felt like just another customer. I am so grateful for the folks at OAG. They saw a need and put it into action. 5 starsThe one app process was so easy. ***** and ******* always responded to my emails and even returned my call when they couldn't answer. It was a quick turnaround from application to approval process. I had no issues other than roaches in apartment and unsafe elevator. I moved out of apartment within 30 days and one app even my deposit. Thank you.hopefully I won't need this service again but it's great that it's available. I highly recommend.
