I experienced the same situation with Gregory Funding they refused to report my payments to the three credit reporting agencies which made it difficult to refinance with another company. Without my property reported on my credit profile, it caused my FICA score to stay under 700 . Every year they increase my escrow account without any explanation, I would pay the difference amount to them and they deny it. Overpaid a few months to lower principal and they would never apply it until you had enough for an additional FULL payment. Gregory Funding is a FRAUD and should be investigated. They take advantage of the elderly and disadvantage.

Gregory Funding did not pay my taxes for almost a year. House almost went into having a lien placed. Kept all of the money in Escrow account. Also, never reported our mortgage to any Credit report agency, so we could not refinance with another company because according to them, we did not have a mortgage payment history on the books. **************** is a JOKE!! Overpaid a few months to lower principal and they would never apply it until you had enough for an additional FULL payment. I don't even want to give them the satisfaction of a 1-star review...should defiantly be ZERO STARS!!

Gregory Funding had a clerical error and typed the last four of my social incorrectly to my loan. For 3 months I waited for them to correct it, and it never happened. Now they have sold my mortgage to another company and did so with the incorrect last four digits to my social. Is there any way they can be held accountable for this huge discrepancy?

Worst ************ and *********************** I have had nothing but headaches with this company as the servicer of my mortgage. The simplest tasks are done wrong and they need to be checked for completion multiple times. Their managers do not call back in a timely manner and they will not transfer you to the correct department. We were hit my ************************ *******) and our roof needed to be repaired. Everyone in the process from Insurance and roof repair and inspectors have been great... except Gregory Funding. They take weeks to answer phone calls and they take Months to issue checks, even though the ***************** has paid for the cost of the improvements six (6) months ago. Yes Gregory Funding has the repair funds in their account but it takes months for them to process the draw checks that the roof company submits. Pray that this company never services your loan and run from them if you are thinking about doing business with them.

My mortgage was transferred to this company from One west Bank. In the process I was given a modification because there were two loans on the house and I had bought during the mortgage crisis. The modification was completed and all was modified. I am not trying to sell my home and when my attorney pulled the title search the title lists two mortgages and shows that the were consolidated. But, the issue is they listed loan 1, 3 and 4 and didn't list that loan 2 was a part of the modification and consolidation. Now I am stuck with a title that shows nothing about the second mortgage. i called them asking how many mortgages exist and they confirm only one. So, I asked them to send me a Satisfaction or Mortgage in order for my attorney to prove that there are only one. One rep said it will take 48 hours and another stated 30 days. Meanwhile my house has a signed contract and I explained the urgency. They hung up and transferred me to a vm. Now I might lose my deal because of their error with the title. They are not helpful at all!!!!

This company tried to **** my house payment up by $235 per month more to escrow for property taxes and homeowners insurance that they pay for me. I tried calling 6 different times with hours worth of hold time to try to get someone that spoke proper English here in the U.S. to help me. I finally reached someone in ****** that spoke quite well and I told him that it was unheard of to charge me that much extra based on the fact that my property taxes went up by only $115 per half year. If you do the math that should only be about $20 more per month to compensate for the difference in the increase in taxes. If you multiply $235 times 12 months that comes up to quite a lot more than needed to cover this increase. They obviously wanted to either sit on all that extra money and draw interest or they were using it for something else. Don't trust them at all at this point, so I simply paid my principal monthly payment along with the interest which came to only $203.83 and told them that I would take care of my own taxes and insurance from now on and as soon as I can feasibly take this loan from them and refi with another company I will be doing just that. I firmly believe they are shysters and I admonish everyone else to steer clear of this mortgage company...Obviously they can't be trusted. I wouldn't have even given them one star but it won't let me submit unless I rate them with something but they certainly don't deserve it, they don't even need to be in business....
