    We have provided the compny zippy with all the requarements and papper work that was needed and its been 2 weeks so in augest of 24 we contacted stonecrest 2 in *************** indana And they we heard nothing

    Was not disclosed at the time of my mortgage loan that Zippy does not report to credit bureaus. This loan does not help me build credit as it should for a mortgage. I was misrepresented.

While I am unable to provide you with a precise timeframe, I am able to tell you that we anticipate credit reporting to begin sometime in 2025.

    I am rejecting this response because the severe neglect on your part of disclosing and the possibility of reporting in 2025 without any way of back reporting should have been specified during the application process. Your neglect and false promises are rejected. I spoke to the office and was told differently.

    I applied for a home loan from Zippy in late July/ early August. Per the attached email, my application was completed as of 8/21/23, but I've not heard anything else from them. I've attempted to reach ****** numerous times, with no response aside from an automated response when I text her. This company has all of my personal info, as well a my mother who is a co-applicant, but has failed to provide any followup. Even a denial would be fine at this point, but to hear nothing in over 2 months is concerning and unprofessional.
