******* creates endless problems and never takes any responsibility for them. Ot sebd entirely cut and paste gibberish that doesn't address my question or look at what happened. It blockedmy ability to create listings only because it gave me ovjectively absurd misinformation l. ******* for no reason doesn't allow for listing items individually that originally were sold as part of a box set, but doesn't state that clearly anywhere. As a result, I spent entire days trying to deal with listings and had to refund multiple orders including fees at my own expense. When ibtried to fix the isdue, other sellers blocked me, and this all arose because of the problem Discogs solely created--it took me months to get information on this. They seem to refuse to read, and apply the simple fix off removing the restriction that arose because of their absurd negligence. On principle, I won't waste even more hours to try to restore my right to create a listing via sellers who have no clue what caused the problem. This was ALL the result of ******* negligence.Initial Complaint

I bought a vinyl LP record, from a seller, that told me the record was not warped. I asked twice, they replied "no warping" even after I asked if they put it on a turntable, as youcannot eyeball it. They responded "no warping" Based on this, I TRUSTED THIS SELLER I bought it, and it was warped, when I got it. I HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF THIS THAT I AM UNABLE TO ATTACH HERE. I ASKED THE SELLER FOR A REFUND, TO DO THE RIGHT THING. AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY DEFECTIVE ITEM. I ASKED FOR HELP AT DISCOGS, AND THEY REPLIED , BASICALLY , THAT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Hello,I had a transaction go foul on *******. Ive been selling on ******* for about a year now. Ive had a couple people who place an order, dont pay, and hope the record is sent. As an independent seller, I try to ship out as quickly as possible. This recently led to me shipping an $85 dollar order before payment. As soon as I recognized this I tried to reach out to the buyer and ask for payment but no reply. I then contacted ******* support through email. They sent me an automated reply saying it sounded like X was my issue and the article they shared should help. It didnt not. I followed up two more times to the email per their reply stating to if I needed additional help. Never got any reply. Maybe I will later, but its much past the time where the record was delivered. If they can have sellers who are prompt and keep their website afloat, they should do the same for those sellers and help them promptly.Initial Complaint

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A BRECKER BROTHERS AUDIO CD, AND THE SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT!!! I CANT GET A RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER OF THAT CD. EVERYTHING IS ALL A BOT AND NO HUMAN BEINGS TO CONTACT. The order was placed on November 9th 2024 and it hasnt arrived. I contacted the seller but didnt reply until 11 days after requesting tracking number. Afterwards the seller said they would provide information on the item but never did so. I contacted discogs.com over the issue but as usual with them, they dont reply or casually reply saying that it isnt their problem and it must be settled between the seller, the buyer and the credit card company. Discogs.com by behaving in this manner allows an open door policy for any scammer to conduct business without impunity and zero consequences to discogs.com or the scammer and 100% loss to the buyer. This is their everyday practice and stance against the consumer.Initial Complaint

I have been being harassed by a buyer on this platforms site for quite some time. After refunding the buyer for a grading error, they continued harassing me even after I blocked them. In an effort to not argue with this buyer, I ignored their hateful messages. This site allows the buyers to use a seller not responding feature although our transaction was already completed. I sent over 4 customer service tickets, but ******* just had automated replies closing each ticket and not allowing me to speak with an actual person. They said they also would not be responding to any customer service requests with buyers and have converted actual customer service to an automated chatbot or help center that doesnt help. After ignoring the customers hateful messages, ******* automatically suspended my account as a result of this. This is an automated process they have set up and not an actual response form a real person. This site has been hosting fraudulent activity with other sellers and has completely stopped answering any customer complaint tickets.Initial Complaint

the support for people who are suspended is non existant. you cannot reach anyone on the phone. they never answer emails. people are losing money when they are suspended and they need to reinstate those people asap. it takes weeks if not months to resolve a issue with them.Initial Complaint

Date of Incident: 1/22/24 Issue: My account was hacked and I have alerted the company and they have offered minimal assistance. The hacker blocked me from my own account and I have personal info in there. Also I could see people getting ripped off with fake products while i did have access.Resolution: I need them to make this a top priority and keep me informed as to when I can get my account back.
