I would give ZERO stars if I could. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONIES EVEN IF IT MEANS PUTTING YOUR LIFE IN DANGER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!We purchased a truck from out of state, we didn't go to the dealership due to being out of state, we relied solely on the dealerships good faith and work ethic. We had the truck delivered in December of last year, since delivery we always had issues with the tires light going off. Recently we found out the dealership sold us the truck with wrong tires. Our truck is too heavy for the tires the dealership sold us the truck with. One of the tires blew and we already had to pay $450 for that 1 tire. All tires should be replaced and I'm frustrated the dealership would sell us a truck with wrong tires just to make a profit and put our life in danger. The worst is that they don't care to make things right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I hate being "that person", but here we are. I had a wonderful buying experience, but it saddens me that that's where my satisfaction stops. I purchased my 2016 ***** Trax from Carr Chevrolet on 1/26/23. I drove the vehicle to rural ************** for work obligations. On my way back, in the middle of a snow storm, my windshield wiper magically flew off. I say magically, because the sales manager and service manager are claiming that this couldn't possibly be their fault. I had the car for all of 12 hours when this happened. It was disclosed to me that the windshield was replaced, but they are claiming no responsibility for the windshield wipers, even though they had to physically handle the wipers in order to replace the windshield. Because I had to use the other wiper to see out of the window, the wiper arm scratched the windshield. There were *********************************************** the area where I was at, there was absolutely no place to safely pull over. So yes, go to **** for your purchase but don't expect anything after you drive off the lot.

Absolute worst buying experience of my life, I will never recommend Carr Chevrolet to anyone I know. ******************* my sales rep LIED to me multiple I can prove through text message's I saved, who treats a customer like that?!?! How disrespectful. The service department and 35 year GM master tech that regeared my new ******** is suspect at best. They did the gear job twice and shipped it out the door with the gears improperly installed. When I questioned the whining gear noise, ***** gave me the lame excuse "those gears alter the truck to much there's going to be some whining" I have that text message to prove it too. I would have ruined both axles in my brand new truck if I would have believed ***** and kept driving my truck that way. I took the truck back, 4 1/2 months later they redid the gears for a 3rd time with the correct installation parts and the gears sound great. But low and behold, by the time I drove the 44 miles to my house the rear pinion seal is leaking. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I waited 6 1/2 months for my new truck. If I treated customer's like this at work I would be fired, no if's ands or **** about it.
