      The Micro Silk Pump on our Marquis Spa is not functioning correctly. The local dealer says that the pump needs replaced and requested a warrantly replacement from Marquis in March of 2023. A replacement pump still has not been received by the dealer. The dealer claims that Marquis continues to show the pump on back-order. I have attempted to contact Marquis directly and have left two voice mail messages with the warranty person I was directed to call when I spoke to a representatvie at Marquis. The warranty person (I have his name and can provide) has not returned either call. The Marquis ****** purchased was a top of the ******** and I would not expect to have to wait months for warranty parts replacement. The Micro Silk Pump option cost nearly $2,000.

      I did, however look into this matter and I'm told that the pump you need is shipping to your dealer.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please thank the respondant for forwarding the complaint to the manufacturer promptly. The manufacturer (Marquis) contacted me promptly and was able to get the needed part shipped promptly. Great resolution to the issue that had been unresolved since March. Thanks to all.

      I purchased a Spa from Affordable Pool and Spa, ********, *******. The cost of the hot tub was about $9,000.00 About 2months ago , I was having issues with my hot tub. Affordable pools sent a serviceman , I was advised that the electrical board was out and needed replace, but it was under warranty by the manufacture Marquis Corporation. About 4 weeks late , I was contacted by Affordable pool and Spa that the part was in , but the manufacture wouldnt cover the part. Affordable Pool was advised by Marquis, that the damaged was probably due to a power surge or lightning strike. What they did not know, was I have a Leviton whole house surge protector and the protector shows no evidence of a power surge. Also, had there had been a lightning strike, there would have been other electronic equipment that would have been effected. I have contacted Marquis Corp and have left message and no one will respond. I have sent a message and have had no response. Marquis Corp is refusing to honor their warranty.

      The dealer does not oversee the warranty. All questionable parts "must" be returned to the factory for warranty analyze, per the terms of the warranty make to the original purchaser. They need to contact the ************* Manager regarding this issue. ******************** or by email **************************************.
