    Our business installed a ParkingBoxx parking gate in our parking lot in September of 2019 for $42,507.50. We were notified in January of 2024 that our 4 year old system would be obsolete in January of 2025 and we would have to re-purchase an entirely new system. Without purchasing a new system, we also lost support services. Of course our parking gate stopped working in January 2025, so we asked for a quote on the new system. The quote for the new system was $23,055.00. We felt the quote was high, considering we had just paid $42,507.50 five years ago for a brand new system, and asked the sales *** to send the proposal back to the proposal team to see if the proposal could be reduced any further. The sales *** agreed to do this on 2/26/25. We have heard nothing from her since 2/26/25. She won't return my emails, phone calls, and won't attend the zoom meetings I schedule. No one answers the phone at ParkingBoxx, you can only leave messages. My small business is now left with a parking gate that doesn't work and a company who is refusing to help us. We paid a substantial sum of money to purchase the original parking gate in 2019. We thought it would be a one-time purchase or at the very least, it would last ***** years, not 5 years. We feel mislead by ParkingBoxx and are very frustrated with their refusal to bargain with us or even respond to us so that we can determine what our next plan of action is. Our business was also charged annual fees at the beginning of 2025. I have ***eatedly emailed the billing team at ParkingBoxx to ask why I'm paying these fees since I'm not receiving support and they also won't respond to me.
