    Tablecloths are not good quality. Cheap tailoring with threads hanging, and very thin.I went to them, because I wanted to support businesses outside of Amazon.I'm trying to get a return, and they are playing games.They made me submit a RMA form via ******, and in reponse I get automated emails. Its been a week since I submitted the form and no response, yet they claim to address returns in 48 -72 ******** customer service number to call and enquire Do not buy from them. ****** has better quality and easier return.

    This company is horrible. Just a few day before my wedding I noticed a problem with my order. I had ordered a table overlay for my cake table and received it about a week before . I never opened and looked at the overlay because to me it looked like that is what it was. I tossed the bag and put the overlay with all the other items I "accurately purchased and received" from various vendors. When I was doing a sample check on preparations for set up I opened up what I thought to be an overlay and it was a bunch of table runner strips. I immediately contacted linen tablecloth and all they wanted to do was give me a hard time and insist on seeing the bag I received it in. I didn't have it. I sent them a photo of the strips. Any decent company would be able to quickly identify a stock discrepancy to know I wasn't lying. I can get my product anywhere else so why would I lie, I chose them as my source and they accuse me of lying plus I gave them my order number. I will never use them again, nor do I recommend them. If you can't rely no the correct product to be shipped or if it is wrong to quickly make it right, and cause additional stress when it is just a few days til your wedding which in itself is stressful. Then I will choose another supplier.

    SCAM. ABUSING CONSUMERS. They cheap material which is garbage then refuse to issue a return stating anything opened can't be returned. No integrity at all. A TOTAL SHAM. THEY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED

    The tablecloths that arrived are poorly hemmed and totally misshapen. In addition, the company did not send or include an invoice. When I contact them they say that a purchase has not been made and that ends the discussion. Have ordered from this company for over 10 years and always been satisfied. I simply want to return these items and received a refund of my money. At this time, I would recommend not dealing with them.
