    I had scheduled a procedure with Athenix, as we neared my appt I had found out I was no longer able to proceed due to personal reasons. I cancelled my appointments well before the required time in writing multiple times. I still have not seen a refund and it has been over 30 days. No one can get me an answer as to when I will be refunded my money. When I am able to get an augmentation I will not be going with this company after the experience.

    On September 30, 2023, I attended an appointment at Athenix and paid a deposit and scheduled to have a procedure on November 16. I later discovered personal circumstances that would not allow me to complete this procedure, and cancelled the next business day. Athenix said it could take up to 30 days to refund my payment (which can be done immediately by any payment system), but I agreed to allow them 30 days to complete this refund (which is predatory and allows the company to gain interest on customer funds they owe). Today is the 30th day, and I have still not received my refund. I called the office and they claim it will be processed today, but it is almost 3PM and has not been processed.

    I had a bbl and 360 lipo with athenix and had very bad results my body looks worst now then it did before. I was told i would be getting a refund but then the person who told me he would give me a refund is no longer working there i have been strung along for 6 months waiting for a refund part of my body were operated on without my consent and other parts that i was told would be operated on were not touched..
