    I placed two orders for Panda Projectors at the end of November. I have yet to receive my products and have sent multiple emails to the company with no response.

    I bought the Panda Projector on August 21st 2022 at 8:25pm for $54.99. I then see you can add a tripod to the order for just $4.99. So I add that too. So I spent a grand total of $59.98. Wait about a month for the order to arrive, it doesnt. So on September 16th 2022 I replied to the confirmation email of my order and say, Any updates on my order? Its almost been a month. Now as of November 5th 2022 as Im writing this complaint there has been no response to the email above nor any updates on my order that was made almost 3 months ago.My desired resolution would be to receive the Projector I paid for or a full refund.

    I ordered their product. They sent a confirmation email and deducted the money from my account. Never heard from them again. Repeatedly sent emails to their customer service with not one response. Their phone # is not valid. No way to contact this company. They basically stole my money.

    I placed an order on February 2, 2022 for a panda projector. I paid $46.75. It is now July 2, 2022 and I have not received the projector. There is no telephone number to contact the business. I have emailed them several times and they have not responded to any email. The order number is ****.
