    I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Krishna Realty, stemming from my recent experience regarding the handling of my security deposit. After receiving a Security Deposit Statement dated January 28, 2025, I was shocked to see a charge of $1,992.11, which I believe is riddled with unjustified and excessive charges.Throughout my tenancy, I encountered persistent poor communication and neglect of maintenance. Requests for basic upkeep, such as touch-up paint and air filter replacements, were ignored, leading to charges for "excessive damage" that were entirely unmerited. Additionally, I was charged exorbitant fees for services like deep cleaning ($700) and weed removal ($230) without any supporting documentation. At the time of my move-out, I was explicitly told that there was no need to clean the carpets as they would taken care of by the company, yet I am now facing a $2,545.72 charge for carpet replacement. This misleading information feels like a trap, and it reflects a broader pattern of predatory practices aimed at exploiting tenants.Krishna Realty's lack of accountability and transparency is alarming. A quick search on the Better Business Bureau shows multiple complaints from other tenants regarding similar issues. I strongly advise prospective renters to think twice before engaging with this company.
