  They have very abusive and untrained guards to be security guards. We hv two particular non security guards at our apt complex that are rude, abusive and do nothing but sit at a front desk and look at their own cell phones when CHAOS is going on right outside in front of them at the glass doors in front of them.They take the phone off the hook when residents try to call for security and IF u are lucky to get a ring on the other side they do not answer. Even thou they are sitting right by the phone at the desk. I have video. I hv personally had to go down to the lobby of an 13 story apt building to complain about a woman being beaten in the apt right next to me and she was being slammed over and over against my living room walls and he actually rolled his eyes at me like ( seriously? I hv to move from my chair?Unreal? And then he knocked on the door of the apt the violence was happening and bec they did not answer he just walked away and did nothing! No report. Took no noise complaint for me and what I had to endure for 30 minutes. Nuhthiiiiinnnng!I will file many more complaints as I thought the bad management in the apt building would take of if it but they never did. This is just a FEW IF MANY complaints.BTW We had decent security thru a Company called SECURITAS which I know is nationwide and reliable then they fired that Company for an Obviously CHEAPER Company as they do not care about the residents safety, only the money out of their pocket!CASCADE ENFORCEMENT is not a security company. They are obviously a greedy, phoney easy way to make money company that knows they can get away with ANYTHING in ********, **.DO NOT HIRE THEM IF U CARE ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTS or YOUR BUSINESS or YOUR OWN SAFETY.
