    I signed up for the service in February and was told they would promote my business. I tried to cancel within the first month and they told me to give it more time. I only got three calls about business from their promotions and not every call hired me. There services were not worth what I paid and I would like to be issued a refund. I have tried calling but they are difficult to get in contact with.

These metrics reflect the effectiveness of our efforts in driving visibility for your business. Throughout the campaign, we maintained regular contact, conducting monthly performance reviews with well-documented notes. At each review, you were given the opportunity to discontinue services and provided documented approvalvia text and emailto continue the campaign. We deeply value our clients and ensure that all decisions, including continuing services, are made without coercion, in line with our ethical standards as a BBB Torch Award winner.


    We also consulted with you regarding the absence of a website, which can and does matter. You acknowledged receiving business from the campaign despite not having a website, a testament to the strength of our marketing efforts. We advised that the lack of an online presence was limiting the campaigns potential and even recommended low-to no-cost solutions, such as free website builders, to enhance your online branding. While the campaign performed strongly, a robust online presence is critical for maximizing the success of digital marketing efforts.


    The complaint was filed on Memorial Day, a national holiday when our offices were closed. Had we been open, we would have promptly taken your call and resolved the issue on the spot, preventing any need for a complaint. Our dedication to client satisfaction is a cornerstone of our reputation as a BBB Torch Award winner for Business Ethics.


    Although we are not obligated to do so, as a gesture of goodwill and in keeping with our commitment to ethical practices, we have issued a full refund to you, which should be received by the time you read this response.
