  On 2/6/2024, at 8:20 am, I visited *** Bacon's ************************ in *********, **, due to a blown-out tire. ******* quoted me $706 to replace all four tires, which I agreed to. However, at 1:36 pm, he demanded an additional $400 for replacing one brake pad and two brake rotors, despite my recent inspection at the ****** dealer confirming no issues. Suspiciously, no inspection report was provided, only a demand for money. We declined the unnecessary replacements and paid for the tire replacement only.Continuing the ordeal, on 2/8/2024, at 8:15 am, we returned to the shop seeking clarification from ******* or the owner. Instead, we encountered a different staff member who erupted into a rage, hurling insults and threats, even after we left the premises. This hostile behavior escalated, with the staff member bombarding me with abusive texts and calls, all because I had left a negative ****** review expressing concerns about the brake pad and rotor quote and the lack of a check report. It's worth noting that the ****** review was already blocked. We had no prior interaction with the staff member who threw the fit. The staff accused me of trying to scam the store, despite us not mentioning anything about the quote on our second visit, only trying to get a check report for the brake pad and rotors. They called me names like "lying bitch" and threatened to "call the police to throw me into jail." I even recorded a video of his outburst, hoping to discuss it with the owner. This experience raises serious concerns about the shop's integrity and treatment of customers. Unfortunately, I cannot share the entire text conversation of how the staff member harassed me repeatedly, as they have blocked my review, and there's no option to attach documents on BBB.

  I went in to do a brake job. Everything was fine at that point. I went to chik fil a and I was called when the brakes were done. (I had no idea when they closed and was not told) well while I was praying for some people at chik fil a the store had closed. I am living out of my car and all my belongings and car charger was in the car so I was without essentials and was in a hassle and barely had enough money to get a hotel and eat for the night. I had to go across town and ride the bus as an inconvenience and was understandably upset. I ride the bus the next morning to the shop and one of the workers walks up and I approach him to tell him about my bad experience and he immediately gets hostile with me so I reciprocate the energy and we get Into a heated exchange and because of the heated exchange they are now saying that I am banned from the premises. Horrible customer service. Only positive thing was that they took off the money I had to spend on a hotel from the bill but I wouldhave rather not had the hassle to begin with. I hope they start telling people when they need to be at the shop. They dont know what people have to do the next day or if they have something to do that night and not having their vehicle really puts them in a bind. Get your business practices and consideration for other people up to par. God bless in *********************** MIGHTY name I forgive and let this go but people need to know and I will tell it. You're not getting away with giving a customer a s***** experience and then ban them from coming back to your business. I was gonna spare this review mind you all until they told me I could not come back there. God speed.
