I purchased three airline tickets from ****** factory. I received a booking **************** tickets, The airport said Fare Factory didnt send payment for my tickets so I ended up paying $1500 for same-day tickets to fly that day because they couldnt honor the fares factor price of $290. I am now out 1100+ Ive reached out to Fare Factory via email over 50 times in the last month via phone over 35 phone calls 15 messages. Ive been told 11 times Id get a callback from a manager and that this would all be taken care of and I dont need to worry about it I would be fully compensated. I have heard nothing. Purchased 4 airline tickets from the Fares Factory website on 2/9/24 for a total of $1188.00 Received a confirmation via email from ************************* ********************************* on Wednesday 2/16/24 at 11:23am of the purchase and was provided an eticket and airline confirmation for ****** Airlines.Upon arrival to the airport on 2/21/24 I entered the confirmation code at the kiosk it stated "item not found". I went to the ****** Airlines counter and was told "the tickets were fraudulent due to the confirmation code not being found in their system. I called the customer service # on the ticket and ************************* answered, and I was given a new code and I was able to access tickets for a flight leaving the next day 2/22/24. ****** proceeded to confirm that we had our flight booked and confirmed for 2/25/24. I needed to book a hotel room in ****** which cost $124. On Friday 2/23, I contacted ************************* again and he stated he was sending the confirmation codes for our return flight home. I did not receive any further communication from *************************. I called the customer service # again and there was no answer. I could only leave a voicemail which I did. I also emailed ************************* stating how concerned I was that I was scheduled to leave FL for ****** on 2/25/24 and I had not received a confirmation code or heard back from anyone at Fares Factory. On 2/25 upon arrival to the airport I had to purchase 4 new tickets costing a total of $3450.89 due to the lack of response from Fares Factory or a viable confirmation code. I contacted Fares Factory on Monday 2/26 and spoke with ************************* and I was told that I would be refunded the original $1188 and he would speak with his supervisor to possibly refund the out-of-pocket costs totaling $3450.89. I emailed Fares Factory all of my receipts for additional costs. I have not received any refund and Fares Factory has not taken any additional calls from me or responded to my email.Customer Answer

On January 4, 2023 I paid for a ticket for $84.00 and never got a confirmation email. The next day I had a voicemail saying that my flight was not confirmed to call the caller, ****, who was calling from ********, ** from the following # ************. When I spoke to **** he advised that i would have to pay an additional an additional $297.00 to book the flight. When i asked it it was a scam and maybe I need to contact the BBB he got irritated at threatened to blast me on FB said a few things and hung up.I would like my money back and for others to be aware of this so called company.Initial Complaint

The website shows pricing for flights. Once you make the reservation they call and blame the airline and state that price is higher and you that you must pay more. They do not honor the pricing on their website. Its just a hook to get you to book and then pay more. Customer service one guy who speaks Spanish or Portuguese.Initial Complaint

I purchased a airline ticket from these people and they canceled my ticket and decided to want to up charge me when the receipt solely says they have to honor the price i paid to them originally . I made a purchase with this company to purchase an airline ticket, on 9/7/2022. In the amount of total cost was $486. My Booking Numer was 57434.There representative I spoke with was, *************************. However, shortly after I made this transaction, a family member informed me they had purchased my ticket.I called *******************, told him what had happened and I wanted to cancel, and get a full refund. He told me I could only get $336 back, I disputed that and said due to me calling less than 24 hours. I should get the full amount.He called back said he talked to a a supervisor, and since I was a Senior, they would give me a one time, of full refund.Well I looked at my bank statement today 9/8/2022, and they charged on my credit card the $336, and the $150, however I put out an alert with my bank and the $150.00 charge was declined.They did not honor there word, and I want my money returned as they promised.Initial Complaint

I was on the faresclub website and was shown a round trip with zero layovers. However, once I booked, a layover was added to my flight. They have a number on their website that does not ring. They claim you can get a refund if you call or email them before 11:45pm that same day, but there is no phone number to call. They haven't responded to my email either. They should not promote 24 hour customer support when the phone does not ring and the email system does not work.
