      Beaverton Utility is the only option that I have to supply the water to my home and every 6 months they blatantly rob me and double my bill. There is no reason for this increase. There is/has been no leak which was confirmed by the company and myself, and no change in my water usage (as noted in my bill history). I've had to call the company repeatedly and last spoke w/ a "Cust. Ser." person named ***** who was patronizing, lacked empathy, understanding, and common sense, continually suggesting that my toilets were running, or perhaps I installed a pool.?! They've offered no logical explanation for this blatant exploitation and informed me that they would be shutting off my water supply if I don't pay. When they did this same double billing to me in Mar. they made me pay under the same threat of cutting off my access to water and their solution was to install a new meter which I've been monitoring weekly because of the over-charge in Mar. I've seen no increase, yet my bill was doubled. Because they're a Monopoly I have no recourse to being cheated and I'm extremely frustrated. *****'s supervisor was zero help as well. She suggested toilets running as a reason through ***** as she couldn't be bothered to talk to me on the phone.
