    March,18th 2023 around 1am I visited a 24/7 smoke /vape shop and purchased 2 items 1) being 100 unbleached cones (brand zig-zag) and the last item was 5 blunt cones (brand king **** all 5 same brand) with it being a smoke shop all sales are final, with the exception of battery packs and batteries, when I arrived home and opened up the zigzag box I noticed majority of the cones were crushed ripped or flattened. I counted all the cones there was a total of 87 not 100 and when I peeled back the orange price tag on the box it went from $32.99 to $1.99 as if they were selling the cones individually. Over 40 cones were destroyed. How is it legal to sell a opened box as a full box when the state has so many rules on the sales of marijuana. I have all the pictures and proof

    On 12.31.22, I attempted to purchase a **** Vape from Blaze Vap and Smoke Shop. I was told that the transaction was denied. I asked for proof that the transaction was denied, they refused to provide proof. Initially, I was dealing with one, then within a matter of two minutes there were five males standing behind the counter arguing with me about the transaction. They were demanding that I run the card again. when I refused, they got very loud. I eventually left the business without the item. In fact, the transaction went through. I was charged ***** and did not receive a product from this business. They are rude, unprofessional and apparently this is common practice with this business.
