      I ordered a filtered showerhead with a subscription for filters. I received the showerhead yesterday. It was used and looks like someone damaged it, and it is missing parts, so Im unable to use it. I emailed the company asking them to send me a new one in exchange for the used one with the missing parts, and they told me they were sorry and suggested I order the missing parts from ******! They have a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on their website, and yet this was the response I received. This feels like a scam to me. I requested they also cancel my subscription and issue a refund and send me a shipping label so I can return their used and damaged showerhead. This is truly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. It amazes me their response to me receiving a used product when I paid for a new one.

      This customer claims that we send a used item, with missing parts. This compliant is not possible. All returns are set aside to be donated. When we received this complaint we offered a $5 discount and asked if the customer would like to purchase a wrench from a local store, even thought we are certain that all parts were included inside of the box. This did not satisfy the customer and they wished to return the product, which is no issue. We sent the return label, the customer send the product back, and we have refunded this customer.

      Re complaint ID ******* Hi, the reason I reported this company is because I believe it is a scam. They flat-out lied in their response. They shipped me a damaged product, and they did not refund my shipping costs. I do not want others to go through what I went through. This company advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it took much effort on my part to have them accept the return of the damaged product with missing parts, and I am convinced the ONLY reason they refunded the purchase price MINUS the shipping was because I filed with BBB, because it wasnt until after they received the notification from BBB that they contacted me. I have copies of my email correspondence with them. I have not been feeling well and I missed the deadline to keep this case open. As per my original complaint, my request is for a full refund, including the shipping fees. I should not have to pay them for shipping me a used, damaged product that was missing parts, for which their response was to shop for the missing parts on ******. Why would I pay for a NEW product and then accept a USED, damaged product missing parts? This is absurd and outrageous for a company to tell me to shop for parts I already paid for that should've been included with the new product I paid for. Its truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I should not have to pay them for shipping me a damaged and unusable product missing parts. The very least they can do is issue me a FULL REFUND. Thank you!

      The company is lying. I reject their response. I requested from the beginning a full refund. I should not have to pay them to ship me a damaged, used product missing parts. They refunded me minus the shipping costs so they have not fully refunded.
      I think this company is scamming people. I looked at their address online and it is a photo of a shipping container. Its sketchy at the very least.
      If they choose not to fully refund me, then the complaint should remain available to the public on your website to prevent others from falling prey to the same scam.
      Its not easy to get into your website. You cant copy and paste the number so I will do my best to login tomorrow. Im hoping you can keep the case open. Thank you!

      We are sorry that we can not satisfy this customer but we are 100% confident that the product was shipped in brand new condition with all parts included. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website, that the customer is responsible to pay for the return label, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

      I am rejecting this response because: the company is lying.  They shipped me a used, damaged product with missing parts.  I should not have to pay for shipping for this regardless of their policy.  The day I received the product, I notified them that the required parts were missing, and their response was to shop for the missing parts at ******.  After many emails back I forth, I finally received a return shipping label and I returned the damaged, used product with missing parts, and I received an email from them saying they had to check to make sure the product was in good condition before they could refund me, so of course more emails back and forth until I received the refund minus the shipping costs.  I checked online and their business address shows a shipping container.  I believe this company is a scam, and if they refuse to fully refund me, then this Complaint should remain online so others can be forewarned they might have the same experience.  I've since looked at their online presence on social media, and there are plenty complaints from people warning not to buy from them.
