    This website doing fals advertising on ****** its say free shipping on web page and than they ask 250 dollars for shipping and if u dont want it they charge some fees for cancel your order so I think this web site really cheating with people be careful everyone please

    ****% of our products have free shipping to the lower 48 states. However, there are certain items like the TaoTao product you ordered that has a reduced price PICKUP option. Meaning the customer, you, has to pickup the item from the manufacturer's warehouse. This is clearly explained on the product listing itself where the reduced price option says "Pick Up in ... (Reduced Price)." Also, this is clearly communicated on our Shipping and Returns page (https://www.upzy.com/pages/shipping-and-returns) under Shipping Exceptions. We received your order where you selected the reduced price option, but you refused to pick up the item. The price difference to have the item delivered to you was an additional $250. We offered you a discount to only pay $215, and you still refused. You opted to cancel your order instead and so we canceled your order. We are not responsible for customers intentionally choosing the reduced price option to secure a lower price, but then ignoring their responsibility to pick the item up themselves. Essentially, you wanted the item delivered to you even though you chose the cheaper pickup option. We never cheated you under any circumstances. Thank you.

    I heart Upzy! I bought multiple taotao ATVs from them over 3 years, and delivery has always been quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Upzy if you're into offroading, they have lots of cool stuff on there.
