      On 7/11/24 I brought my car into MS ********************** for a windshield repair. When I got the car back just over two hours later there was a series of scratches and a couple dents - it appeared the side had been scraped while the car was being moved or something similar. I called about the damage and was asked to come in. I was promptly gaslit and argued with and the gentleman proceeded to circle my car and point out every scuff and ***** of dirt on my unwashed car and state he has no idea how this could have happened when they repaired the front windshield. They moved the car at least twice in their obviously crowded and tiny parking lot which is littered with metal poles, large pieces of glass, dumpsters, concrete poles, carports and garages aside from many other cars packed in to the space. The car was there for just over 2 hours. It arrived without the scratches and dents and they were there when I picked it up. He kept changing his story and gaslighting/blaming me whenever I countered his point and refused any compensation or aid. I have seen other reviews stating similar problems and am not surprised the interaction went the way it did. I want accountability. Id like my car fixed but accountability is most important here. They are wronging people when this happens and do nothing about it. I have witnessed it was not like that when I dropped it off and the business has cameras.

      I got my windshield replaced by M.S. ********************** in ********* ********** on September 19th 2022. I paid $406.83 for the service. Shortly after the replacement I moved to ****, while driving I heard a rattling noise coming from my windshield. Upon further inspection I noticed the side molding was not properly sealed and therefore getting caught in the wind. If I was in ********** this is something that would be covered under the warranty, being as I am in **** that is not an option. I spoke with the general manager, told her that it is something I am going to have to get fixed and not something I should be paying out of my own pocket for as it should have been sealed properly the first time. I was told there is nothing she can do because there is not an M.S. ********************** location in ****. I have an appointment on October 4th to fix the molding seal issue, and am looking at upwards of $200. I do not believe it is right that I will have to pay for two separate repairs when this should have been taken care of on the initial replacement.
