    Recieved different woodworking tools from Rockler as gifts. These are items that I did use and did not plan to use.I tried to returned them to the Rockler store . They were still in the box that they came in. I did not open them.. Since they were gifts ,I did not have a receit. In a normal situation all retailer that I have done business with , will put them on your credit card, but not Rocker!!They give you a gift card for merchandise in their store. To me that is not right. That forces you to buy more items from their store, To me that sounds kinda illegal . They get my new items that I paid for back and then they turn around and put the items back on the shelf and *************. What a racket.My wife bought me a item from Rocklers store on their website. She got the size wrong and wanted to return it. She could not return it to theRockler store that is 30 miles from our house. She was told that it would have to returned to the store back east and pay for shpping.I try to look on the bright side..I got 2 items for the price of one, my first and last.Heading over to Yelp and ******** Oh well.. I guess I wil have l take my business back to *********** Much better customer service.
