    cant give 0 stars or I would. servies were fine, but the cancellation of the memebership is impossible. they are still trying to charge my card from April of last year, despite email after email telling them to stop. STAY AWAY! these people are predatory, and unprofessional. I cannot say enough negative things about my experience trying to cancel a membership with them. I signed a 3 month deal with them which they auto-renewed. I told them I cant afford the membership anymore and they said I need to cancel by emailing their support team. I said that is ridiculous and told them they have 0 authorization to charge my credit card. I have sent several emails, and complained to them several times. They still continue to try to charge a now non-existent card. unbelievable that with this business model they have managed to stay in business. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE,

    Predatory membership model. They sucker you into a membership and make sure you can only cancel on Mondays at 3:14 pm if the wind blows 6mph from NE and only if the manager didn't decide to go to ********** Just being sarcastic of course, but yeah you know the thrill, similar to some gyms. You can not cancel on their online portal, but of course, you can buy more service there. Just being sarcastic of course, but yeah you know the thrill, similar to some gym membership. Better monitor your credit card use after that. Good luck to all members/victims to get out.
