    I have an account with Pass for my photography clients. I have at least 14+ wedding galleries with this company and they recently upgraded the system to Pass+ I signed up for all of my galleries to be migrated to the new system. I have talked to customer support and they still not have delivered my client galleries. These wedding photos are so important to my clients and I would like to receive them. They had a ten-year promise to saving our galleries and now they won't retrieve my photos. I have so many people with precious memories and family members they have lost that these wedding photos are so special for my clients. This company is not honoring what they promised to do, back up the pictures within the ten year period and I signed up for the migration process and they never fulfilled it. I am willing to pay extra to get these photos back. There is no customer service phone for me to call I can only communicate via email and they will not resolve the issue with me. (and many other photographers) they have multiple bad reviews of people going through the same process as I have and so many people have lost their precious memories.     I booked a sweet sixteen photo shoot for my daughter and the photographer sent me a link to purchase the photos through pass gallery. I ordered the several prints and the photos were printed and sent to me with "PROOF" written across all of them. I messaged Pass Gallery and their response was they will not refund the money due to them not allowing photos to be uploaded that have a watermark. The business offered no other solution. If they don't allow photos with watermarks, how on Earth did they bill me, print, and mail me an entire order with "PROOF" written on them?
