    3/24/25 Received KidRunner package as Easter gift for wife 4/22/25 Emailed KidRunner co asking for return label 4/23/25 KidRunner responded saying 2 weeks return policy, but asked why we were returning product.4/23/25 Responded explaining Easter(4/20/25) gift for wife, and it was not what she was wanting. 13 days and 4 emails without any response(screenshot attached). 5/9/25 After back and fourth, KidRunner provided *** ground return label and returned amount (both screenshots attached).5/19/25 *** tracking # showed KidRunner received package.6/1/25 13 days after receiving package, KidRunner said package was trashed and hardware was missing with attached pictures. In picture, unused/worn tires are clearly visible and, by zooming in, one can see red hardware present. 6/3/25 - Emailed KidRunner explaining that the company has had both the returned product and money for greater than the companys initial return policy. That if they did refund the amount agreed upon (attached picture they sent w/ return policy) or respond with solution within 48 hours, that I would file a BBB complaint.

    I'm happy to provide you with whatever info you need. To start,

    I'm providing a copy of our return policy which this customer completely disregarded.

    Photos of the carton that was returned contrary to our return policy
    Photos of the product that was returned contrary to our return policy
    I can't provide photos of the missing parts from the product he returned because, they are missing. 
    I can also provide photos of the damage to the unit from the way it was either used or returned. 
    A copy of the purchase transaction details. 
    I also have date stamped copies of all of the correspondence with this customer that I can share as well. 
    Lastly, I provide you the following link to our reviews from other customers. There is a reason we have nearly 100% five star reviews for both product quality and customer service. We encourage you to read them all.
