    I ordered a lalabu dad shirt from an Instagram add. Although I clicked 3XL, the order confirmation said S. I immediately emailed support, as well as called and texted the support number in the website. No responses. Even the order confirmation says Need assistance with this order? Hit Reply! I didnt get any response and no one picked up the phone, yet I just got a shipping confirmation now after Ive tried multiple times each day since the order to change the size. There also wasnt an option to cancel the order, so I could just reorder on my own. Now Im getting a package that I will have to return and I wanted to give this as a present to an expectant dad for his birthday. So I wont even have the 3XL if I return and exchange. Families that are expecting dont need this additional stress of being unable to reach lalabu if an error on the order needs to be corrected.

    When the wrong size was ordered and I tried to contact Lalabu right away, I did not get a response and the wrong size was sent to me. They responded to my BBB complaint with "Hi! Unfortunately once an order is placed we can't guarantee that we will be able to change it. We did offer a free return." On July 13, Lalabu emailed me saying, "Yes, I'm happy to waive the return costs! I also saw your BBB complaint. I'm sorry that we weren't able to change your order in time. We can't guarantee that any changes can be made after an order is completed." However, once I got the package, I emailed to start the return process and did not get a response. I emailed Lalabu on July 10, July 12, July 17, July 20, and July 23. No response. I also initiated the return on the website, but it is showing "needs review." Do not trust Lalabu. If you have any issues with your order, they will not help you. This is really sad considering the customers are expectant parents or people buying gifts for expectant parents who really don't need extra stress from an unresponsive company such as Lalabu. I am going to hope this complaint gets them to respond to me, but otherwise I have initiated the Dispute process with my credit card.

    The customer requested a return but then also opened a dispute with her credit card company. The dispute means that the funds are frozen and we are not able to issue a refund now. We have to wait until the bank makes a decision on the dispute.

    I am rejecting this response because: I see the accepted return confirmation, but the return value is incorrect. I was told by ************** that the return fee would be waived. The return confirmation says $59.46, I paid $71.91. Also, you claim I'll get faster response by emailing directly, but my multiple direct emails have not received response from you. You are only replying to me on BBB. If you'd like to talk to me by email, please email me first. You know my email address. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: Lalabu has promised in an email dated July 9 to give a full refund (waiving the return charges). They have not confirmed with me or the credit card company that I will get a full refund.

    Again, we cannot issue a refund because the customer started a dispute with her credit card company. Once that is ended we can proceed.

    I bought this shirt for my husband for Christmas. It is not custom made but no return/refund option is available. The fit is terrible and the material is not as described. The company will not refund the purchase even though it was less than 30 days ago. They discounted the shirt $10 and claim that makes it a final sale. Ive never know a company to mark shirts that they are still actively selling as final sale. Its not like they are stopping production and trying to clear inventory. They are just trying to avoid refunds for a substandard product.
