      I planned a trip to ****, but we canceled our trip due to the air quality and wild fires. I canceled my order more than a week out and the owner will not refund me my money per her stated policy: If your pickup is a week (+) out we will issue a refund if the order dates has not be blocked out - your order was considered when we turned off orders and with your cancellation we had the potential to be missing other orders. This will be discussed on a case by case basis.

      This customer did not initially reach myself, the owner. She reached out to someone who simply runs emails and did not look at the order prior to handling this. That has internally been addressed. Our customer service hours for this email inbox she responded to is 4 pm - 8 pm M-F - she reached the inbox out of hours and sent several emails without allowing there to even be a chance for resolve where this would hit my inbox. We have gotten this handled and a refund has been issued for the entirety of the order. You can also see she acknowledged she spoke to me and this complaint has been cancelled.
