    I purchased a 300$ order from this company. The order never arrived, I never revived a receipt or tracking number. Once I contacted the company the owner had no interest in making right or provide the information I requested (invoice and tracking) I asked multiple questions sent multiple emails and the owner stoped replying to me .I feel like this business is running a fraud business

    It seems that you have contacted the wrong business for this complaint. In your attached messages you address The Lash and Wax OC, however we are The Lash & ****************** We are a spa chain and we do not sell aesthetic supplies, nor do we have an online presence that permits purchases of any in-salon items and we certainly don't sell professional esthetic supplies. I just wanted to let you know so that you can file a complaint with the correct company since it sounds like you're in a very distressing situation.

    This order was shipped on 3/13/2023 and shows delivered via *** on 3/17/23 at 4:42pm. Once I received email from customer that she did not receive her product I filed a claim with *** on her behalf. They closed the case due to no response from customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: *** said my claim was decided. I did file and I did respond. They told me to contact the sender (lash and wax oc) And the sender has been ignoring my emails.

    I can only make statements on what I can see on my end from **** *** has closed the claim and claim was denied. I can not replace nor refund items that were shipped and shown to be delivered. I understand unfortunately theft of the customers package could be at play here but unfortunately ** as a company can not replace stolen items. *** had proof of delivery which I had shared. I'm sorry for this unfortunate situation.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    . I think it is extreme  unprofessional to not send an invoice or tracking once an order is placed and shipped . Then my order surprisingly doesnt arrive. I also find the way the sender responds is extremely uncaring and unprofessional, extremely rude and maybe some business communication classes are in order. 

    Its very unfortunate that I had to lose on such a big chunk of money but I would never recommend this company to anyone based solely on the customer service and the way this entire event happened. 

    extreme unprofessional ! Would never recommend!

    I ordered some merchandise from lash and wax OC and was not given what I paid for and when I reach out to the business owner about it she just tried to brush me off stating that I should have reached out to her sooner but the fact of the matter is she never sent me what I purchased and its giving me a hard time with sending me what I ordered I never asked for a refund I just asked for her to send me what I ordered especially because I sent my product back to her that she wrongfully sent to me I just want what I paid for that is it that is all

    Hello, this customer had inputted her shipping address incorrectly. It was delivered to the address that she had provided. She reached out regarding the issue and I went against company policy and refunded her. She then proceeded to threaten and have friends and family threaten myself and my business.
