    Placed order online on 8/23/24. Received order confirmation via email. Did not receive item. Reached out to support email. Received response on 8/30/24 stating item was on order and would be notified shortly. Multiple followup attempts made for shipment status with no response.

    Ordered a ballast bag feb.22nd and was repeatedly lied to about delivery date. On July 4th I canceled my order. I asked for a refund and never received it. After that they shipped the product anyway so I called when I got the shipping confirmation and told them I did not want the product that i had previously caneled the order. I have bought one from someone else. Now they won't answer the phone or emails. I just want my money back and I can send their product back. It was delivered today.

    On January 28th I ordered a ballast pump kit. After months of waiting I etched out to the vendor and was told he was getting the run around from the WakeMakers Team. I reached out to the WMs team directly and began to get the run around as well. Every-time I call I get told something else is delayed and they expect to ship within a week to a week and a half. Its now been 14 weeks and I do t have my goods and cant be told when I could expect them. It appears this company is trying n the brink of failure and should not be engaging in commerce.

    I ordered a 2023 ******** ********************** June 12, 2023, order W249967, from Wakemakers.What I received was a 2022 board.When I contacted customer support about a possible discount since what I received was not as advertised, they responded: Thanks for reaching out. Great choice on ******************** Tracer wakesurf board! In fact, since ******** nailed it so well with their last redesign they've kept the same shape and graphics, so that board is the same as this year's model. Unfortunately, this doesn't allow us to provide any discount as we are required to follow their minimum pricing rules for all "current" models.The board is still advertised as a 2023 on Wakemakers website.Wakemakers should not advertise a current year for a product if they are not providing that years product.

I'm sorry for the hassle on your end, and any confusion regarding ******************** Tracer you purchased. What you received is in fact the 2023 model of this board. Yes, it's true that the board was unchanged from 2022 to 2023, but you did receive the new latest version of the Tracer that ******** is selling, not a 2022 model. Brands frequently do this for a number of reasons, but mostly when they feel that their product is still competitive in the marketplace and doesn't require any changes.

    If you want to look at a similar ******************************** stock, and is available at a discounted price, please feel free to contact one of our Product Advisors and we would be happy to look at other options that are available.

    The packaging is clearly marked 2022 ******** Tracer wakesurf board.  If it is a 2023 why is it packaged as a 2022?

    I bought a Liquid Force Primo 4'5" Surfboard from Wakemakers on 8/2/2022 Order No. W236227. The cost was $450. The board arrived at my house on 8/8/2022. My boat was in the shop so I did not get to use it right away, I first rode the board the evening of 8/18/2022. After the first ride I noticed that the rear pad was coming undone. The next morning it was more undone than I thought. I sent a picture of it to wakemakers the morning of 8/19/2022. I asked if I could return the board and was told that was not an option. On their website they advertise a 365 day return policy. I was told I would be sent a new rear pad. On 9/1/2022 a new rear pad showed up at my house. It is just a generic black pad that does not match the original rear pad. I sent a picture to wakemakers immediately. I was told that I could return the board now but it would be with a 25% restocking fee. After expressing my disappointment with that they have offered to give me a partial refund of $50. I do not agree with this offer as I was sold a defective product. I would just like a functioning product or a chance to return the board for a full refund.
