I spoke to ************************* on March 22, 2021 about consigning a lightly used $800 down jacket with a broken zipper. We talked both on the phone and confirmed via email that TruNorthwest would repair the broken zipper for approximately $65.00 and deduct that from the sold price. They posted the jacket on their site and gave me consignor access. The previous customer complaint on ******************** is almost identical to mine. I have not heard anything from TruNorthwest in the ensuing years and have tried getting in contact with them multiple times. I also cannot log into their consignor portal. I emailed them on April 5th and April 10th of 2023 and called and left a message on June 6, 2023. I also gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called them a second time on June 8th. I just want the jacket back. I am willing to pay the $65.00 in zipper replacement fees. If this jacket has in fact sold, I am demanding my payout.

I used to consign outdoor recreation equipment with ****** at TruNorthwest while living in ****, ******. I succesfully consigned many items with her by dropping off the items at her residence off Highway ******************** ****. Upon moving away from **** ****** in July of 2021 she informed me that she would happily retain the remaining consignment items that she had yet to sell. Consignment items were available to view on the consigner login page on the trunorthwest exchange website, as well as amounts payable to the consigner. As of checking the trunorthwest echange website earlier this year, they have completely removed their consignor and selling page and appear to have transitioned to outdoor gear rentals and the consignor page now shows a 404 error. I am unable to check to see if ****** still has my outdoor items and I am also unable to check if I have any amounts payable. I have tried calling the TruNorthwest number many times over the past six months as well as contacting via the ******** page and have not been able to get in direct contact with ******. I would like my unsold consignment items returned to me and can happily drive back to **** to pick them up, and would like any balance from sold items paid out to me. The only item I can confidently remember she had yet to sell was a "Crux AK57 size large" mountaineering backpack worth over $450 USD that I would like returned to me. Since the consignor page is no longer available I can no longer check and see what other items I had consigned with her were unsold. The address that I met ****** to consign was ********************. ****, ****** *****
