    Highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a vehicle. I bought a used car about a month ago, and while I understand used cars come with risks, I was assured they did a 163 point inspection and it came with a 3-month / 3,000-mile powertrain ***************, when test driving, the alignment was super off. Not a super big deal and they fixed that for me before I bought it. However, it should have been a red flag about how thorough that inspection could really be considering the steering wheel was about 25 degrees off from the center when driving straight. Unfortunately, I didnt think much about it at the time.3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I was pulling out of my driveway the front drive-side axle snapped. Thankfully, I was only going less than 10mph. If I had been going highway speed, that would have been very dangerous. The car has only been used for commuting at that point. Again, I understand used cars come with risks. Things happen. However, when I first called, they said they couldnt even look at the car for a week and that it would not be covered under warranty.This happened on a Saturday. On Monday, after talking to some people at the dealership, we were told their finance person would call us by the end of the day to discuss further what they could do. End of Monday, nothing. Call again Tuesday, and was told the same thing. Again, nothing. ***** and repeat for the next couple of days. We never received the call back that they kept saying we would. Honestly, I wouldnt be nearly as upset if it felt like they gave a single thought about us after the purchase. We took the car to another mechanic to have it repaired and they said based on the wear and breakage, it should have been caught with an inspection. Again, it brings into question the quality of the inspection. The moral of our experience, buy from someone else. They dont care about you. Its all marketing. They wouldnt even bother to call us back.

    Way overpriced and poor customer experience dealership - never ever give them your business!Do yourself a big favor and save thousands of dollars by buying your next vehicle at Any of the other Toyota dealerships in OR. These guys mark up their cars by thousands and hope that since **** is a small town most folks would be stupid enough to buy from them without checking elsewhere. Every person I interacted in that dealership gave me a different offer for the same truck, in some cases thousands of dollars difference. Pure shysters - beware!

    !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!Here are the facts:I was sold a brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra that had a defective transmission. They would not acknowledge it until I called corporate and went above their head.I was promised a replacement truck, that never happened. Then I was promised a warranty. That never happened. Meanwhile, they messed up my paper work and tried to get me to pay a higher interest rate the next month.***************************** is the ** and he is one of the most unprofessional human beings i've ever dealt with. He will lie and snake you at every corner. Do not trust this man at any point in time. I am dead serious.I will never buy another Toyota again, this dealership has completely turned me off from the brand.Please trust me and take your business elsewhere, THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. 0/10 grimey practices.
