    JWB is the rental company we rent out house through. We have been contacting them for the last month regarding safety issues about our rental house and other than 1 call have been unable to get ahold of them despite leaving multiple messages. There is no physical office for the rental agency. The police have been called multiple times, the city government has been called, I have called and left messages for the supervisor with JWB to call me for weeks with no resolution in sight. I dont know what else to do and feel as if this business has no accountability for their properties or residents.There are multiple properties surrounding us owned by JWB that the city has condemned and squatters are living in. JWB has not done anything to fix the issue despite multiple complaints and tickets through the ********************. The house next to ** was broken into by the squatters and we fear for our safety but JWB wont even call me back.
