    I had used their service for 16 years. Moved out of state and had canceled my account. They confirmed and received final payment of services. I have been receiving monthly bills after moving out of state. They will credit the charge but not remove my account from their system thus continue billing me. It is a hassle to contact them and get them to remove the charge for an account that has been inactive for months. They told me I won't receive any more billing requests but it continues. Keep this in mind when using their service but I think they are the only gig in town. If they bill you for a non existing account they are hoping you just give up and continue to pay. Horrible business and should be illegal for what they do. If vulnerable elderly folks, just think of the money they would bring in. No ethics or morals whatsoever!
